The spa reception staff really let this place down! Not friendly, no warmly welcome us, or run though what to expect. Told to leave my credit card for the gown and slipper hire; which I felt very uncomfortable with and wasn’t made clear in advance, we were not informed that we would need to get changed for the afternoon tea or to note lockers needed £1. There is not a lounging area to just chill These issues ruined my relaxing spa day that was a gift, but the treatments were wonderful.

Over all the it was very good but the only thing that the showers were cold and there was not much room to put your towels etc when you went to the pool.
