Really enjoyed our spa day. The spa was spotless and all staff friendly and approachable. I understand hotel guests use the facilities but we found the relaxation room after and before treatment wasn't relaxing due to young children in the spa area making noise.Bit petty I know but did spoil the ambiance for us.Also changing to go and eat our afternoon tea was annoying and disjointed the day. Afternoon tea was lovely and well present but we all agreed it was very sweet and needed another savoury

Superb three course dinner enjoyed by six of us as a birthday treat. Three facials for the ladies and three back, neck and shoulder massages for the men. Great pool, sauna and steam. Very enjoyable breakfast with very generous portions.
