Nice location and polite staff, but I didn't feel the massage was one of the best I've experienced.
The facial was pleasant, but I felt the therapist required further guidance with regards to massage techniques.
I'm not sure the therapist had reviewed the pre treatment consultation form which may have helped align the treatment to meet client needs/expectations more accurately.

Overall a very good experience. We did not recieve our juice on arrival as per our package but was later given it after enquiring. A little disapointed to find children in the pool. Limitations on sanua/steam/jacuzzi due to covid. All were busy on our arrival. No where to sit and no cups for water dispenser. However it did eventually empty and we were then able to access all and enjoyed it. Food was amazing, spa treatmet was also fantastic so made up for our initial concerns. Would visit again!
