I was using my voucher which was a present from my friend. I booked the treatment online. The resonse was very quick and good. I explained I wished to have a massage, swimm and for the rest of the voucher to use in the restaurant. On the day of the treatment I received a message that the treatment is not possible now but they offered another, shorter time which I accepted.
Treatment was very nice, swimming lovely but everything very, very dirty and shiwers were both blocked!

Spa treatment was very good. Swimming pool was not so clean, shower didn’t work, no bags or dryer for swimming costumes, have to wear outdoor shoes across the entrance to the pool on the way out.

I was expecting more of a spa experience.
The pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room were all in a rather limited amount of space. There was not enough space for more than 3 relaxation beds beside the pool.
The shower at the poolside was not working
The shower drainage in the cloakrooms was non existent which meant that if you showered you would have had to stand ankle deep in other peoples dirty shower water!!! We chose not to shower!!!!
