When booking our treatment and afternoon tea were told we could pay an additional £10 per person on the day to use the spa facilities, however when we arrived they said it was £30 per person. Asked to speak to manager the staff member came back and said the manager said we could have it for the price we were told.
Nice facilities but the pool was quite cold and the jacuzzi was freezing meaning we didn't stay long.
The full body massage was great.
The afternoon tea was nice but nothing special
