Really great treatment, good facilities, but sadly missed out on the welcome drink and the showers and drain in the changing room was blocked.

It’s a nice place, the massage treatments were really good and the food was nice, my experience was let down by nearly slipping and breaking my neck on all the water on the floor in corridors. The showers were also dated and flooded which meant bathing in others dirty water. Water all over the changing room floor, being pregnant it was quite a worry to slip over constantly. The pool was also a bit too cold. I did email to mention this to them but they’ve just ignored me which isn’t great.
