The ‘I’ll be back’ back facial was wonderful! The best one I have had at a spa it also included a head massage. Lucy my therapist was amazing, highly recommend.

Had a full body massage with a friend in a double room. Would have liked ot be told beforehand we had to strip down in the room rather than use the changing rooms first. Massage was lovely and very relaxing - my very first so didn't know what to expect. I have no sense of smell so the aromatheraoy oils were wasted on me but the music, ambience and silence was very enjoyable. Afternoon tea followed and the finger sandwiches with avocado were excellent. We ordered some hot snacks too - excellent.

All good, pool area was okay and changing rooms were the same. Maybe more checks need to be made on cleanliness.
Overall a good experience, staff were lovely to speak to and helpful when needed.
