Booked a spa day, wasn't told it was a very small set menu. Options weren't great, we had steak and had to pay an extra £14, have to get changed to go for lunch then changed again to use spa facilities. Needs alot of work to make it as good as the pictures showed.
Sauna was out of order but wasn't told this by any staff. Only 5 loungers around the pool. Rust on the floor, tiles missing from the pool.
Showers flood water into changing room.
Toilets are maintained during the day.

I had voucher for spa day with lunch . Unfortunately I should have included welcome drink ( juice ) , glass of Prosecco and bathrobe plus slippers . I didn’t get any of those…I get glass of Prosecco when I mention I had included this in my voucher. I was waiting one hour for my lunch since I ordered… when I ask what’s going on after 40 minutes restaurant staff said there was issue with the printer in the kitchen …
