We had a spa day after Christmas. Staff were lovely even though we were late (floods) they did their best for us. We had various treatments (full body massage, facial, neck/ shoulder massage) - all really enjoyable. No hard sell of products. Clean changing rooms and lockers. Nice size pool, although a bit chilly. Only gripe would be people talking and catching up in the darkened relaxation room which is really distracting if you just want to, well, relax. Lovely food too. Would come again!

It was a great experience from the moment I walked down the steps. A particularly nice touch was being allowed to wait in the relaxation room before the massage. The massage itself was fantastic: I came close to falling asleep a few times - you can't really get a better review than that for a relaxing massage, can you?

The Rejuvinate spa day was amazing. Had a wonderful facial with Daniela and the two course lunch was beautifully cooked. All the staff were really friendly and I'm already planning on booking another spa break!
