The receptionist in the spa area was on the phone and paid me no attention even though I got there before time .I wasn’t given a robe and slippers or shown the changing room . I ended up in the Spa fully clothe . Sent to the relaxation area with clothe in hand and a towel around my waist . Only to find the others in robes . The spa was ok but again no engagement by the lady doing the treatment .

Heather my therapist was polite and friendly. My treatment was very relaxing my facial left my face feeling very soft
The room was very comfortable. The relaxation room although comfy the in house music a little too loud.
The changing rooms were a disappointment rather dated and both showers flooded making changing room water logged. Very tricky to keep your clothes from not getting wet.
