Lovely venue, spa was clean and tidy. Afternoon tea included in the spa package was delicious. Treatment was amazing. I will definitely come here again.

The massage was amazing and the staff were very friendly and professional.
The pool was a good size and clean. The sauna and steam room were well maintained and spacious enough for a few people in at a time (6 people was comfortable)
The jacuzzi didn't have the cleanest water & the smell of chlorine was very strong!
Unfortunately the changing facilities let the experience down massively - multiple dead flies stuck to the shower walls, a filthy shower floor & incredibly mouldy plug hole.

I attend the Spa, once or twice a year, usually as a gift.Elena Francis is wonderful. She is a lovely person, who above all, makes you feel very special. She has a huge knowledge of all products used and techniques, is thorough and pays attention to detail.
There was some renovation/repair work being carried out to the men's changing facilities during my visit, which was particularly noisy, and was causing a lot of inconvenience to men visiting the leisure facilities.
Looking forward to my next visit

I highly recommend using the spa on a weekday if you are looking for a ‘relaxation day’ Unfortunately, I attended on a Saturday, the spa facilities were busy, the relaxation room was being used by groups of people wanting to have a laugh and chat instead of quiet time and their was not enough seating to host the mount of guests on a spa experience.
The food however was of a very high standard (albeit we had to wait 45 mins for our food to arrive) Would only ever book under an offer.
