Spa was perfect, but the hotel was very short staffed and service was slow , however the food was amazing

Overall was good, but due to some improvements being done, we had to use temporary changing rooms which were a bit disappointing & I feel we should of been advised of before hand.
Plus there didn’t seem to be any heating on in the hotel, so a bit chilly when having our afternoon tea.

Drift away massage, relaxing and very thorough, lovely to be able to take a dip in the pool and hot tub afterwards. Looking forward to returning in the future

What a Lovely day, I would recommend highly.
There was renovation work going on but not too much of an issue.
Maybe…. a more positive welcoming reception would have made it perfect. Reception was matter of fact and in all helpful but relaxation room was shut before 6.00
no real complaints… I would like to book again products lovely -
