The actual massage itself was great, I have no complaints but I do think it needs to be made clear on the website that access to the spa facilities are not included in the price of treatment. I also think the price of spa access is extortionate for what actually would have been available.

We had a lovely experience at the Bluewater Spa.
The massage was excellent and completely relaxed me
All in all a brilliant day
The cream tea was delicious
My one criticism is that with the floors were very slippery when wet, especially when using the slippers supplied
