We have been having spa days for several years now at the Bluewater Spa Connaught Hotel and normally we would arrive and be shown to the lounge for a coffee and biscuits, which we look forward to as we have over an hours drive to the hotel but unfortunately we were told that as they are very busy it would be up to an hours wait for the coffees, we were offered water or orange but not the same is it. So a little disappointed about that. The rest of the day went very well and the lunch was amazing

Overall the young lady at reception was very warm and welcoming, you can pre boon Spa treatments and pay on arrival which is nice. The room was overall very nice but we did have a dirty towel and a crisp packet behind the draw although they gave us a new towel so all good there. Shower could do with an update but overall very good. Spa treatments were amazing and honestly helped my back so much and my face. Breakfast is worth booking and staff are friendly
