The facial was excellent but the massage therapist was quite rough and hurt me a few times, also the changing room floor was really wet and slippery and the slippers provided made it worse, we ended up walking barefoot round the pool and in the changing rooms to feel safer.

My sister and I have had many spa days here and have never been disappointed. The staff are extremely friendly, always polite and helpful, so much so, that the lady in the restaurant remembers and recognises us. It is nice that the members also make you feel very welcome and talk with you.
Definitely recommend it as a relaxing day.
