Brilliant spa day, hotel and spa staff were friendly and attentive. Facilities were well maintained, afternoon tea was lovely and the full body massage we heavenly. I would definitely recommend and we will be visiting again! (Visited Tuesday 14th March 2023)

Prior to coming to the spa we were not told that mobile phones were not allowed. When we went to relax on the loungers, we kept to ourselves and had headphones so that no sound could be heard.
Unfortunately someone complained that we were using our phones and therefore we could not relax in the way we wanted to. Our experience was then tarnished.
We felt that the members we unwelcoming and we felt like we were being watched the entire morning.
We felt generally uncomfortable.
