It was a brilliant experience for my wife and myself, very very relaxing, staff exceptionally friendly and couldn't be more helpful ,from the reception desk to the therapists who were all very professional but really helpful and friendly ,would definitely recommend.

The whole experience was lovely! My full body massage, facial and scalp massage was extremely relaxing and i came out feeling very calm and happy. The lady took a lot of time to get my knots out in my back which i was very grateful for. All the staff were very friendly and respectful and the spa was very clean and relaxing. Definitely recommend!

Massage was £40 each for 25 minutes which is expensive. As day guests we paid for the spa and a massage for myself and my wife. When we were shown around the spa we were informed it was £20 per person for access to the spa and were then charged £30 each with no explanation. Couples membership is £70 per month which begs the question how can they charge £60 for 2 people to access the spa. My advice is avoid as there is better out there for better price.

Overall I enjoyed my time at the Connaught spa. The jucuzzi was lovely and warm and I had a wonderful massage from Hannah. She was attentive and made sure that I had a great experience.
There are limited lounge seats by the pool but it wasn’t too busy when myself and my partner visited so we had somewhere to relax.
