It was an amazing few hours, was just so peaceful and relaxing and my massage was wonderful didn't really want to leave and can't wait to return.

Spa: nice, I would have preferred to have had a choice of timing on treatments, and separate, maybe the massage just before lunch & facial at the end of the day. Whereas they were on arrival & one after the other. The benefit of the facial were ruined by going into the pool/sauna straight after.
Steam room: not working, this was not stated on booking nor arrival, this reduced the facilities to use, no discount offered.
Restaurant service lacking: slow, had to ask for plates & drinks
