Treatment was amazing! Therapist did an amazing job.
However, the facilities are appalling. The jacuzzi was filthy, the ceiling panels looked like there were ready to fall down at any given moment. There was only 5 loungers so if there is more than five people in the Poole area wanting to relax and not swim or be in the jacuzzi, tough luck.
I had a nasty fall due to no ‘wet floor’ sign being up and wearing the slippers provided. No assistance was provided. Horrendous. £20 to use the pool!!

My treatment was great but the facilities were poor! It was rundown and dirty, old used towels everywhere and clumps of hair in the jacuzzi. My friend slipped on the wet floors and she was given ice in a face towel and not checked on again.

The I'll Be Back facial was amazing! In corporating a leg and foot massage as part of the treatment makes this a luxurious product at a reasonable price!

The beauty therapist's are warm, welcoming and friendly, the put you at ease. I had a My Kinda Skin facial and I'll Be Back treatment and they were superb and left me feeling so very relaxed and invigorated at the same time!
