On arrival felt very rushed and the lady was quite
abrupt when speaking to us. No-one told us where
to find the changing rooms for using the pool. Could not relax by the pool as only room for 3 loungers at the top end of pool. When we arrived was told our After-noon Tea was booked for 2.30,
went and sat in the Brasserie to then be told they
had ni record of the booking? Very strange as on
arrival you informed us of the time, eventually sorted by staff but by then the day was spoilt.

Had back, neck and shoulder massage... which was amazing. This was followed by tired eye massage... felt so calm and relaxed after.
Ooted fir lunch with prosciutto, but disappointed in it if honest... very pricey for what it was. Wedding in the hotel, so very slow service.

It was a nice day, the venue itself l thought looked a bit tired there was a broken sun lounger at the pool side, the jacuzzi didn’t have much life the bubbles were only just about bubbling, my daughter slipped and fell in the ladies changing room with the very slippery slippers that they provided, the toilet l used was dirty, the food we had in the restaurant was very good definitely value for money couldn’t fault it, so overall just spruced up a bit more would be lovely.
