My massage was lovely as I’ve not had one in years but was told I could not have a deep tissue massage because I have colitis
I’ve had many massages and never had a problem
I’ve also googled it and can’t see a problem with it but I’m returning in December and hopefully it will be firmer

Really relaxing. The facial and hot stone massage was amazing I fell asleep I was so relaxed !
Please can you consider putting a healthy option’s for the lunch upgrade - I.E salads ? As all available was very heavy for a spa day.

Great massage - had access to the facilities from 10:00 - 16:00 which was great.
Has a steam room / sauna and relaxation room.
Massage had a great consultation prior to starting the massage which discussed how firm massage should be, any problem areas etc

Absolutely gutted, treated my daughter to a spa day at a cost of £230 with one treatment. Lunch to be included. We looked at the menu and thought lovely. Now I'm no rocket scientist but a massive man meal before 55mins on your stomach was ridiculous. You offered 2 women on a spa day a choice of vege curry, pie and mash or fish and chips. Steak if you want to pay an extra £14 a head. That's a WETHERSPOONS man cheap as hell option and far to heavy for a midday lunch. Zen room loud and pool filthy
