Very late with my appointment, I was sat waiting for over 20 minutes.
Makeup was then rushed as I told them I needed to be somewhere.
Eyelashes came off after 10 minutes of wearing them.

Lovely stylist but didn't know how to do a tight blow dry and the style didn't last
Needed more training - whilst the price is low I guess the quality of stylists reflects this which is a shame as it is a really good service but I need better stylists
