A very convenient place to nip in at lunch time and have your nails done - environment is always nice and staff always very friendly and helpful, however nails did start to chip after two days this time - maybe I just caught them on a bad day

nice blow dry in a clean environment inside Debenhams in Oxford street.

They started my appointment 30 minutes late and were unapologetic and rude about it. Makeup was awful and orange-y drugstore look after she spent 10 minutes applying bronzer and inexplicably powdering my hairline which looked awful. To top it off their toilets are absolutely disgusting. I will never return.
