I received an message the day before my appointment saying the nail technician had called in sick so I'd have to change my appointment, couldn't get another appropriate appointment time until 6 days after original booking. Then after waiting a week for it, my appointment started nearly 15 mins late. Gel nails didn't last for as long as they usually would, one of my nails was done so badly that it was already peeling off the next day and I had to return to get it fixed. I will say that I feel like it depends on who does them, as the lady who fixed my nail did a really great job with it & all the staff were generally lovely.
