I had an appointment with Emma and her student Josh, they were both fantastic.
Both of them were very polite and friendly, Josh was confident considering he is only a student. He is keen to learn and impress.
Emma is creative and wanted to achieve the best look for me as her customer. I got so many compliments from my work colleagues

Went to see the lovely hair goddess Emma
at Bliss hair Nottingham. I had been to a different hair salon before who had basically buggered up my hair and I was really nervous about going to a another different salon. At first I had a consultation with Emma and we went through different options, Emma listen every step of the way even when I kept changing my mind and would keep sending her different pics on Instagram, she is very knowledgeable and put me at ease all the way. The whole team at Nottingham are absolutely amazing so friendly and my new colour and cut is bloody wonderful. Thank you so much Emma and team xx 💋💋
Been twice now, Dani does a great job with my long, thick wavy hair. It's hard to find someone who can cut curly/wavy hair, without the triangle or Christmas tree layers! Very relaxing head massage, and is happy to let me relax and enjoy my salon time without an interview about my holiday plans. Lovely! Will be back.
Avoid this hair salon if you don't want to suffer with BURNT SCALP INJURY!!!
My appointment to this "fancy" salon turned to HELL!
I have experienced an intense burning pain across my scalp and hairline, and been left with considerable pain and discomfort.The redness and irritation continued for weeks and I had to take painkillers. I'm still suffering with hair loss after 3 weeks, on top of that psychological damage has been done I lose my self confidence, I'm in depression now.
It's always difficult finding a new hairdresser. Visited Bliss for the first time today and was really pleased to have found it. Lauren took such good care of me and made me feel so welcome. She listened to what i wanted and i've left with a haircut i really like and feeling much better about myself too. I'll definitely be back.
