Very happy with my haircut.
I have wavy/curly hair and it can be very tricky to find a hairdresser who understands a wide spectrum of hair textures and types.
Charlotte listened to my requirements, asked the right questions, used very good curl friendly products and did an amazing job at cutting my hair !

Went in for some basic hair segmenting to add some dreadlocks myself, first time I had a trainee who kept putting clips on my ears and almost putting the sharp end of a comb inside my ear eep, but I thought hey ho thats training... so I rebooked in with the manager a few days later who said she could sort it. Only to be told she also has never done hair segmenting ! after sitting for 3 plus hours and having the owner getting stressed out I was charged over 50% more than my estimate ( I assume for the privilege of being a test dummy. Only to leave almost in tears ready to take it all out immediately and go anywhere else to have it fixed. Complete waste of my time and money. This is supposed to be even 6 segment triangles. I was asked both times to essentially tell the hair dresser how to do the job and stressed at for not being able to direct the entire procedure.. Won't be going back. Why list something you can't do.
I first visited the salon back in March and had the most incredible haircut from Maya. I wanted bangs for the first time and I asked for soft round bangs with lots of shaping around my face. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I came out feeling so happy and confident.
I made another appointment and was told that Maya no longer worked at the salon so I was booked in with another stylist. I just wanted my bangs trimmed and hair around my face shaped and I explained I wanted long pieces at the front as I liked to have some hair down when I put my hair up in a ponytail.
Unfortunately, the hair cut looked very blunt and boxy , I did ask for more shaping at the front which she did, but it didn't make it any nicer. At that point I just didn't want more hair cutting off so I just wanted to leave.
Update 21/05/2024: Bliss booked me in for a free appointment to fix my haircut. I just want to say a massive thank you to Sarah who did a wonderful job and made me comfortable and looked after. I really appreciate them taking the time to fix it.
Avoid this hair salon if you don't want to suffer with BURNT SCALP INJURY!!!
My appointment to this "fancy" salon turned to HELL!
I have experienced an intense burning pain across my scalp and hairline, and been left with considerable pain and discomfort.The redness and irritation continued for weeks and I had to take painkillers. I'm still suffering with hair loss after 3 weeks, on top of that psychological damage has been done I lose my self confidence, I'm in depression now.
Flawless service!! Olivia who bleached and colored my hair did an amazing job, there’s no damage and literally no issues at all! Super friendly and I love the environment.
