Very happy. It was Indian lady who was attending me. She is very good and know her job. I went many time i this salon for the same treatment but in this time I get the best result.

The wax was far too hot as it had been left on all day. The lady who did the wax was trying to blow the wax to cool it down but I found it still burnt my skin and I am now several days later still in a lot of pain. I booked my appointment for 2.45 and didn’t get seen to until 3.10 as there was only one member of staff and she was doing someone’s nails, unaware I had made a booking through here. The lady also didn’t wait for the wax to fully dry each time and so was slowly peeling it which in turn hurt me more than a quick peeling off does.

Lovely lady but unfortunately either the wax or something was too hot and I’ve had a burnt vulva for the past 3 days causing me agonising pain. Saw the doctor thinking it was thrush and was told that it’s possible that the wax was too hot and on the wrong area causing a burn. I told the lady that I didn’t want HOT wax and warm only. So if used hot or warm I don’t know but I think I’ll only be using Becky in future x

I booked an appointment for Friday 11th to have my eyelashes done. I attended for my patch test but the lady didn’t speak English and so I didn’t get it. I went back for my appointment on Friday and the sameness lady was there and didn’t speak good English and somehow explained or not actually that the lady who does lashes was not there and eventually said I couldn’t get my lashes done. I was fuming and what an awful set up. Also the lady didn’t even speak English. Ridiculous. I will not go back
