Went into the salon for my waxing appointment that I booked 7 weeks ago. The last who was there barely spoke any English, when I said I had an appointment she said I didn’t, showed her my confirmation text, she said it’s a 15 minute wait. That’s fine.
Then had two other ladies question why I was there, said I had an appointment at 1 again. They ignored me and carried on talking to each other.
Finally, 15 minutes after my appointment another lady came over to question what I wanted. I said, again, I had an appointment at 1 for waxing. She asked what it was for and in a room full of people had to say Hollywood and underarm which is slightly personal but by this point I was incredibly miffed.
With that she just huffed and said ‘oh did no one call you, I can’t do that’
Seriously! They have had this in their diary for 7 weeks and did not think to call me, even on that morning to call me and say they can’t do it!!
Unacceptable, they never offered me an alternative just they could possibly get someone in but not certain.
I drove almost 30 minutes for this appointment as there used to be a girl there they done my waxing and I was assured that if there was an issue they would let me know.
Will never be returning and I urge people to avoid this place. There are plenty of better places to go
Venue didn’t contact in advance to cancel appointments to advise their waxer wasn’t in that day until you turned up. Sadly, a wasted journey.

I had eyebrows threaded, I'm happy with results, good price ,however terrible customer service, no ambience, this salon could be so much more!
