Disappointed with quality of the file and polish and gel nail removal. Coats painted too quickly and took ages to dry. Gel removal requires lots of prompting. Would not use again.

Didn’t have the pedicure. Arrived early and was not even acknowledged as I walked in. 10/15 mins after my appointment should have started I asked how long it would be until my appointment started - she said 5 mins...I asked how long the pedicure would take as I was on my lunch hour, she said 1 hour (website had said 40 mins) so I said I would have to cancel as wouldn’t not have had time.
