Strange visit. I waited about 15 minutes for my massage to start as the therapist was dealing with builders. She wore latex gloves for the massage which was very odd. No music played or water offered. Massage only lasted about 40 minutes and builders had to be asked twice to keep their voices down.

Disappointed with quality of the file and polish and gel nail removal. Coats painted too quickly and took ages to dry. Gel removal requires lots of prompting. Would not use again.
