Didn’t have the pedicure. Arrived early and was not even acknowledged as I walked in. 10/15 mins after my appointment should have started I asked how long it would be until my appointment started - she said 5 mins...I asked how long the pedicure would take as I was on my lunch hour, she said 1 hour (website had said 40 mins) so I said I would have to cancel as wouldn’t not have had time.
