Bella is very nice, friendly and efficient and the treatment was good. However it is a small salon without proper pedicure chairs, so it’s just a case of sitting in a chair with your feet in a bowl of water.

Poor experience from start to finish. Very painful with a mix of hot wax (which is what I paid for) and strip wax which I had not asked for. Unhygienic double dipping throughout and I left with hair and wax still on me. Skin was not prepared before the wax or soothed afterwards. Attitude of staff member also very disappointing. I will not be returning.

Cold / dismissive staff and a depressing ambience. The lady booked to do my wax never turned up for my appointment so I had to wait ages for what was an incredibly painful experience. Lots of wax left behind on my skin. Looking at the other reviews this appears to be a theme. Rushed and unpleasant with poor results, I won't be returning.
