I arrived 30 mins before my appointment, the girl who was booked in before me still hadn’t been treated. There was only one member of staff on duty, she said she was “waiting for the other girl to start”. When the treatment finally started the gel nails wasn’t the neatest end result with lack of skilled filing. However the worst part was they only lasted 1 week before peeling off - for gels this is completely unacceptable. Really upset as this was my first Treatwell treatment and I can’t say I’ll ever be going back to this parlour.

I have been a regular customer here for over a year now because Bella is absolutely brilliant. She makes you feel perfectly comfortable. She is very easy to talk to but also puts you at ease if you’re too hungover to talk! For waxing she is very quick and thorough. I am lucky to be round the corner but I would travel far out of my way to come here. Can not recommend enough.
