I have been a regular customer here for over a year now because Bella is absolutely brilliant. She makes you feel perfectly comfortable. She is very easy to talk to but also puts you at ease if you’re too hungover to talk! For waxing she is very quick and thorough. I am lucky to be round the corner but I would travel far out of my way to come here. Can not recommend enough.

Bella is very nice, friendly and efficient and the treatment was good. However it is a small salon without proper pedicure chairs, so it’s just a case of sitting in a chair with your feet in a bowl of water.

Poor experience from start to finish. Very painful with a mix of hot wax (which is what I paid for) and strip wax which I had not asked for. Unhygienic double dipping throughout and I left with hair and wax still on me. Skin was not prepared before the wax or soothed afterwards. Attitude of staff member also very disappointing. I will not be returning.
