Terrible. Appointment time change for 3hrs later. No welcome at the salon just a young lady on her phone watching videos for a while before she managed to come over to me. Booked a luxury pedi, paid up front and was then told of all the add-ons. £10 to remove existing nail polish, £5 for gel……total came to an extra £21. Walked out and went to a salon up the road and saved myself £10. Not a very nice atmosphere in salon especially as you are paying for some relaxation.
