The new lady threaded my eyebrows in about 2 minutes, didn’t wash her hands before starting and consequently I got 3 spots (never having had a spot from threading before!).

I was really upset after my wax treatment. Book a Brazilian and verbally said I wanted a landing strip and then the technician waxed everything off which is a look I really hate. When I expressed my disappointment I had hoped for a refund but wasn’t offered anything :(.
