Florinda is fantastic and truly a talented beautician. Everything Florinda does is meticulous and thoughtful. The salon is outdated in decor. There is quite a mess with scheduling appointments lately where Florinda is getting double booked, so people end up sitting and waiting for a long time, or being asked to change their schedule on the same day. As the appointment was confirmed, people have already booked other appointments, parking and travel then are disappointed, must wait or cancel.
