I was really upset after my wax treatment. Book a Brazilian and verbally said I wanted a landing strip and then the technician waxed everything off which is a look I really hate. When I expressed my disappointment I had hoped for a refund but wasn’t offered anything :(.

I arrived at the salon and my treatment was cancelled. I received no email or text message beforehand. I drove 30 mins and had paid for parking. The woman was unhelpful and asked me to message Treatwell to get my money back. Salon isn’t special. No music or ambience. Wouldn’t recommend. Better places nearby.
