Hotel and staff were lovely .
Very disappointed with treatments - we did not get the full time that was stated on the price list with all the treatments we paid for . Felt ripped off with this part .
Pool was nice but steam room didn't work . Will not be returning .
Was a lovely hotel a bit dated but was lovely had a lovely sea view the food was good. Would go again.
Nice hotel and friendly staff who tried hard however this was not a Spa! As we booked this as a spa break we were left very disappointed. This hotel is nice but shoyld not be sold as a spa break.
Disappointed in the dated pool a spa facilities however the staff made up for this . Very friendly and welcoming. Would not be in a rush to visit again as it needs a bit of modernising
I highly recommend a visit to the Imperial Hotel and Spa. All the staff were very polite and friendly. Our treatments were on time and the pool was lovely and warm. We were given complimentary towels, robes and slippers which were a much appreciated touch. Our room was upgraded to a suite which was a great surprise and the 3 course meal and breakfast were faultless! The only recommendation I would make is to have a relaxation room within the spa area and the Jacuzzi bubbles need to be fixed, but I think the hotel are aware of this and on the case.
