Lovely staff and in general nice salon, however, the beautician was running 20 minutes late and I was in a rush to get somewhere afterwards. Came away with small bubbles in the nail varnish and ultimately smudged varnish as I no longer had time to wait for nails to completely dry. So my appointment was basically a complete waste of time. Would recommend based on how nice the beauticians are and I'm sure they're good at their job, however, leave plenty of time for your appointment!

I've never had waxing that hurt so much before, not sure what happened this time, but it seems like the process took longer and it was really painful! Not sure I'd go back again. Great location though.

Lunchtime appointment was half an hour late, they were short staffed and left me in the room with no therapist nor indication of what was happening so I had to go back out and find someone. After which the waxing took longer than usual with the therapist going over the same areas again and again causing irritation and reddening of the skin. Shame as it's in a good location but service was poor and the waxing traumatic.
