Arrived at 12:15 as booked and had to wait upstairs for 15 minutes until I was seen. During this time, nobody came to see me or confirm that the treatment was actually happening.
Once I was seen the therapist then let me in the room and was rushing me as I was getting changed...came in and I had to tell her give me 1 minute which she clearly wasn't happy with.
I booked a hollywood wax and it's not the first time I've had one so I know all about the procedure and the pain. I booked the hot wax treatment and it was fine.
I had 2 issues...
1. The therapist didn't even blow on the wax before putting it on my skin...meaning it was very hot at times.
2. After she finished, I inspected the area and found a small patch of hair hadn't been removed. I told the therapist and she said a hollywood wax doesn't apply to that area!
I won't be returning back. Hollywood wax should be the basic. For that price and in the City, I'd be better off going elsewhere.

Wasted money. They are not professionals, they did half treatment and told me I should book and pay another one to finish it. Is like going to the hairdresser and get a half head hair cut, so you have to book another appointment to cut the other half, and of course pay again for it.
