I think they were a bit overly busy and it all felt a bit rushed and stressful. I had to wait 15 minutes after my specified time to be seen. Staff were lovely but I could tell they were a bit stressed which made it hard to relax. Also, removal felt a bit rough! had to close me eyes a few times!

I was waiting for 15 minutes before I was asked to get ready for my treatment and then waited a further 5 minutes. Despite letting me in they claimed they didn't realise I was waiting... which sounded unlikely. The treatment itself was quick and good.
