After booking the dates that were available on lastminute.com and ringing to confirm our booking, I then received an email which cancelled the appointment and told me to reschedule the appointment . This was a total inconvenience as I had booked the appointment on a day off from work. I did not want to reschedule but instead cancel the appointment and receive a refund. It is a week later and I have not been able to get in contact with the spa despite ringing and sending emails. Terrible customer service.
Nice little place, the massage was great (the ladies giving the massages were very professional) and facilities too.
Only downside is that there is only one shower room and it gets difficult to move in the changing room.
It was a good massage. The facilities are very clean and the staff are very accommodating.
