Not only did the spa look like it was in basement of a office block that was made overnight, when I turned up my appointment was never booked in, but in a way I was glad because the place looked like a shit hole.

I won't recommended this place at all. Treatment was slow on a really uncomfortable chair. I was asked to pay extra 10 pounds ONLY after the treatment. I paid it and contact the amazing Treatwell people to sort everything out. Very disappointment for a place based in the West End.

The spa itself was quite small but fine for a beauty treatment. The lash lift was ok but didn’t make a major difference - I think this was because my lashes were very light initially and I would need a top up. The salon had no awareness of my original booking made via treatwell so I would recommend contacting them directly after booking to check they’ve received your booking. Luckily I went in to get a patch test and was able to rebook my appt with them for a date the week after.

It looled nice from the reception desk but that is as far as we got! I am only awarding 1 star so that tjis can be submitted to treatwell to deal with. It is not a true reflection on the spa and service it actually provides. The staff on the reception desk at the time was very kind and polite and apologetic for the situation, even though it was not of her doing and tried to rectify it.
