The treatment was amazing and the spa in general was great, however most of the lockers were out of order and there was only one left, me and my friend had to squeeze all our belongings into one locker which meant our clothes and shoes were crushed when we were ready to leave. The only private shower was out of order so we were unable to shower properly before getting dressed. We were told that both the shower and the lockers had been out of commission for a while. Your Spa is small the changing rooms are very small you owe it to your clientele to do the best you can with the space you have. Please take more time to make sure your customers have the best experience.
Staff all very polite and helpful. Facilities provided everything you need for a pop in / short stay spa. My friend and I went for 2.5 hours on a Saturday morning and it was perfect amount of time including our 30 minute treatment.
Changing facilities are very very small but we didn’t find it much of an issue as we were the only ones using them when we were getting ready to go
