Eyelash extensions were terrible! I beg everyone to not visit beauty by sandy for eye lash extensions as they were applied so quickly and badly it is unbelievable! I had massive clumps of black glue all over my eye lids and eye lashes and they started to fall off only a day after. When they were taken off, it had taken off the majority of my eye lashes. This is a terrible venue to visit for eyelash extensions.
Not very clear that you can't book two pedicure appointments at the same time but I perhaps should have phoned and checked as it's otherwise a bit misleading when you book online. After a disappointing start, Sandy offered a complimentary polish to make up for the error which was really nice of her to do. Overall, pretty happy with the pedicure but lesson learnt, will make sure I ring next time!
