Overall great experience. The beautician saw me right on time which is always helpful for an appointment during work lunch. She was professional and efficient and token my feedback so that the end result was what I wanted. I've noticed since that she missed a tiny area on the wax but nothing bad. The downstairs beauty room was a tiny bit cramped, but fit for purpose and completely clean.
