Great as always, I ended up running about 20 minutes late because of an incident on the tube but they were still able to fit me in and did a good job.

Had to wait 20 mins and if I hadn't mentioned anything I wonder if I would still be sat there! Great wax from Ouna as always but Holly (?) didn't approach my eye treatment with the same sense of urgency, especially knowing I had been waiting and was ultimately late back from my lunch break.
