All in all great value for money, however you can tell the staff is rushed and operates very robotic. Shellac lasted for two weeks under. However a few bumps that the stylist didn't bother getting out as she was so rushed.

Really bad. The very first thing she did was to grab my fingers and start pushing the cuticles back, no soaking or lotion they normally put on first to make them softer. She then hacked away with the cuticle cutter, even cutting one of my fingers to the point of it bleeding everywhere. The actual polish and everything is fine, but the whole experience was so unpleasant. My fingers are still so sore and its been 3 days. I will never return and would not recommend anyone to go through that pain.

Treatment was good, my waxer was experienced but was a little careless when it came to sensitivity.
I don't have sensitive skin at all but she was a little rough and I ended up bleeding
