Initially I went in not knowing what to expect. I got there about 11.25ish for a 11.30 appt.
I sat and waited briefly for the appt, was taken to the massage room and the process briefly explained to me. I was asked about any tension I felt I had in my back and my work so specific areas could be targeted. There was a little bit of building noise going on outside, but this soon quietened down.
I got ready for the massage, and Hayley knocked on the door before entering. The massage was great and my knots were well worked out.
After the massage was over, I was given a glass of water and told to take my time getting up. I really appreciated this!
Everything was wonderful, but my only gripe was that when I looked at the time it was 11.52 - so the massage hadn't been a full half hour. That's neither here nor there, but it would be worth explaining on the website.
After the massage was overall, I filled in a form with any medical or health details and left me contact information, for use if I was to return. (which I likely will)
