gel manicure was amazing - great attention to detail! only issues were there wasn't anyone on reception to check me in and was waiting at least 15 mins to be seen without explanation for the delay.

When I first entered I was told to wait on the sofas by the door and then later greeted by a staff member who had been talking the whole time she could’ve served me as I was the only customer waiting. I was mostly disappointed with the quality of my leg waxing, I paid £15 to have wax stuck onto my leg and the therapist trying to rip it off multiple times because she’d done it wrong. I then after the service was left with so much hair that could’ve easily been removed left on my leg. I was very unhappy with this overall service
