After having my first treatment, I haven’t looked back! My first treatment was dermaplanning which left my skin looking amazingly soft and glowy! Since then I have had chemical peels, micro needling which have done wonders for my acne scars. I have now also had fillers as well as the vitamin shots which have honestly been a god send! The service is always brilliant and the lady who done my treatments was so nice and informative and created such a comfortable environment! Can’t wait to come back!
I love Cheam’s new multipurpose fitness spot BEMORE! It's not just your newest fitness studio, but also a place designed specifically to support women wellness. I’ve signed up almost a year ago and have been joining different classes at least 4 times a week and then online classes from home. Carlie is amazing, she brings positive energy and motivates everyone in the class! I can't wait to be back and enjoy new classes!

Carlie has been massaging me for a while now as she’s an absolute pro (especially if you’re very physically fit/muscular) she knows all about the body and will adapt to what you really need! 👌🏼 ... I got to go into the BeMore Studio for a massage between lockdowns and it’s so new, clean, comfy and cosy and I came out so relaxed! 1000% recommended if you do need to just relax or want a really deep massage to get rid of the knots!! X

I have had the pleasure of having a massage by Carlie pre lockdown. As I work out on a regular basis I chose the deep tissue massage. Carlie could read my body and knew exactly where my muscles needed releasing. I like a strong massage which I don't often get but Carlie delivered that and more. I floated out of there feeling more relaxed than I had in a long time. Post lockdown and after months of working from home and not moving around so much, I know exactly where I'm heading!!
