The sports massage here was absolutely amazing! It was extremely painful (but unfortunately that was what I needed as my muscles were very tight) but Carlie and I were still laughing throughout. She was friendly, knowledgeable and I can’t describe how amazing I felt afterwards. My knees had been quite sore from muscle stiffness in my legs and after the massage it felt like I’d never used them before! Couldn’t recommend more!

I am a member of the fantastic studio and my first trip to the lovely & relaxing sauna after a Pilates class. Really helped me to relax and have a bit of time to myself! Priceless & perfect, I’ll be back soon!

Highly recommend a deep tissue back message By Carlie,had one yesterday and really helped loosen those back muscles that I am “waking up” Having just returned to working out.
