I had a booked appointment and had to wait over an hour in between my appointments as they were overbooked and taking walk-ins. I was informed that my appointment would ‘be 2 minutes’ multiple times which consisted of multiple 30 minutes waits instead. Not only this, but I booked a bikini wax and they gave me a Hollywood which obviously you cannot correct once the wax has set! Extremely disappointed as I have been previously and had a wonderful experience. Highly unprofessional.
