Good overall experience, though not stellar. For the price it was good efficient service
End result was nice looking nails and toes nails. The experience of getting them done was stressful. I thought as was a booked appointment it wouldn’t be too busy or I’d have too long to wait. I waited half an hour to get started. The salon was super busy with some clients being seen to in the small waiting area. It felt like a bit of a free for all with shoes and bags in the walk ways. I tripped over a pair of shoes in the foam flip flops I was given and had to have my pedicure done again- by one of the staff crouching by the entrance door as there was no space at the manicure section after I had been hustled along to the manicure section. It didn’t look to be especially clean with surfaces looking dusty and equipment looking a bit tatty. The staff weren’t rude but were very direct and seemed to be very rushed. All felt rushed and cramped and not an enjoyable experience especially in the socially distanced era we are in.
As always, the ladies at battersea nails & beauty were amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The place was very crowded and i waited for 40 mins even i had a booking. It was not in line w covid guidance and people were not sticking to the rules.
Chose glitter shellac. They put 3 coats but I can still see my nail underneath, very poor. They were so busy, they sent me to other salon for 2nd.
